Spring Weekend Retreat with Monastics from Blue Cliff Monastery

Spring is a time of returning and renewal. As the earth awakens, seeds long held in the soil begin to sprout and blossom. In the same way, we have an opportunity to come home to ourselves and to one another, to water the wholesome seeds within us, and to nourish our collective energy of mindfulness.

We warmly invite you to join us in welcoming the spring with the monastics from Blue Cliff Monastery. We will be joined by Venerable Ông Minh Tuấn, senior Dharma Teacher Br. Pháp Lạc, and four novices.

Spring is a time of returning and renewal. As the earth awakens, seeds long held in the soil begin to sprout and blossom. In the same way, we have an opportunity to come home to ourselves and to one another, to water the wholesome seeds within us, and to nourish our collective energy of mindfulness. At Tao Khe, we can touch the freshness of the present moment and allow our hearts to bloom in the garden of the Sangha.

During our time together, we will practice mindful breathing in our sitting, walking, eating and resting. We will receive teachings from our monastic teachers and have the opportunity to share from the heart in small circles, cultivating deep listening and loving speech.

We look forward to practicing together as one body, generating peace and joy for ourselves and the world.

Children's program: We encourage families to register with their child(ren). Please note a children's program will be organized/facilitated by the monastics if there are enough children registered.

Carpool/rideshare: a group carpool link will be sent upon your registration, or please email us to receive it.
